Ultra High / 100% Solids (* Zero Voc)
High Solids Waterborne TioTech® Series 20 liquid coatings are very economical when compared to powder coatings. They preclude the need for the large capital investments required to convert to powders. This line provides the ability to make quick color changes, and it eliminates flammable solvents found in high solids systems. Series 20 baking coatings are liquid sprayable, 100% solids and contain no solvent or water.
All of our baking enamels are superior products with excellent application
and performance properties. These products are available in high
gloss and semi gloss colors and can be custom modified to meet customer
requirements.
* TioTech® 20 is solvent-free as supplied; and as a result, there are no VOCs emitted during spraying. The emission value (as measured by Method 24 ASTM D2369) is approximately 1.0 pound per gallon (after 1 hour of baking at 110°). For reporting purposes about one-half of the emissions are non-HAPS. The remaining portion is a mixture of low molecular weight alcohols, which could be reported as HAPS. |
